Lifetime Service & Support on all Systems
Owning a computer today is like owning a car. There are certain services that should be performed regularly to keep the performance level up. We don't expect you take care of this yourself unless you want to. Our lifetime service and support means just that. As long as you own and operate the computer, any labor that is performed on your computer, whether it is your fault or not, is free of charge. This includes but is not limited to: viruses, spyware, malware, windows problems, driver problems, etc.
Desktop Hardware Warranty
The major hardware components in your system are covered for 3 years through the manufacturer. In addition to that, we give a one year in-store exchange. So if a part goes bad in the first year, we take a new part out of inventory and replace it and you are on your way. This does not cover physical damage however. After one year you still have the manufacturer's warranty and we will be happy to take care of the returns for you less the shipping costs.
Notebook Hardware Warranty
A two year global warranty: You can receive free service on your notebook at ASUS service centers worldwide for two years from your date of purchase.
A zero bright dot guaranty: If your LCD displays even a single bright dot within 30 days of purchase, ASUS will replace your notebook's entire screen.
Free two-way standard overnight shipping: For ASUS notebooks, if your notebook needs service, the cost of shipping it via Fed-Ex standard overnight is covered from one of over 2,000 Fed-Ex stations in the US. The cost for return shipping is also covered.
